Elon Musk has landed into trouble again regarding his tweets about Tesla Inc. The US Securities and Exchange Commissioned has appealed to a judge to hold Musk in contempt for violating a settlement that required him to get approval for Tesla related posts. Tesla shares have fallen by 5.4% after the SEC move. Musk could face a variety of penalties and possibly won't be able to run Tesla or any private firm for a while.
