ED claims Sandersara Brothers scam bigger than PNB, declares fraud of Rs.14.5 crore

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has claimed that Sandersara brothers scam is bigger than the fraud committed by PNB accused diamantaire, Nirav Modi. In an investigation, it has been revealed that Sterling Biotech Ltd /Sandesara Group have cheated Indian banks of over Rs. 14,500 crores as against Nirav Modi's Rs.11,400 crore. The ED had registered a case after the CBI lodged an FIR in 2017 on account of cheating and fraud.
