PNB maliciously created case against me: Mehul Choksi

Choksi's counsel moved a letter addressed to the ED, PNB & other banks; accused the PNB authorities of creating a malicious case against Choksi and his company Gitanjali Diamonds. The letter claimed that Choksi was falsely painted in a bad light. His counsel submitted entire medical history & ailments due to which he couldn't travel to India; just 2 days after the extradition process began against him. The hearing is on April 9.
