Naturo, An Australian food technology company, has developed a process to keep 100% natural milk fresh in the fridge for at least 60 days without preservatives. The technique provides a far more gentle and minimal processing system that doesn’t depend on heat to kill bugs in the milk which is at the core of pasteurization. Very long life milk can be shipped internationally rather than exported via air at a greater cost.
