Amazon's online stores return to normal services after global outage

Global IT and e-retail giant Amazon has said that it has restored its online stores after a global outage. According to outage monitoring website Downdetector, the firm's online services remained disrupted for two hours. "Some customers may have temporarily experienced issues while shopping. We have resolved the issue, and everything is now running smoothly," an Amazon spokesperson said. The reason behind the outage is not clear.
