Citing security concerns, Apple defends removal of parental control apps

Apple has clarified that it has removed a number of parental control apps from the App Store due to security issues as those apps were putting user privacy and security at risk. The giant has been defending itself as many of the app-makers have complained that Apple had taken down their products when it has launched its own similar products. While Apple said, those apps were given time to make changes to meet its rules.
