After receiving a warning from the Federal Trade Commission, Google Play Store and Apple Store removed three dating apps from its platforms as it was being suspected that these apps were being used by sexual predators to find children. FTC lawyer Lisa Weintraub Schifferle said that FastMeet, Meet24 & Meet4U, all made by Ukrainian firm Wildec, are expected to violate the COPPA and the FTC Act.
