In FY2018, Indians have spent more than Rs 50k crore in Chinese Phones

More than Rs 50,000 crore have been spent on Chinese phones in India in the financial year 2018. Chinese phones are capturing the Indian smartphone markets rapidly with Xiaomi, Oppo, Lenovo-Motorola, Honor, Vivo and One plus introducing affordable yet high-specification models. Xiaomi has announced Rs 15,000 crore investment in the Indian market and other companies are also investing more to utilize this consumer base.
