"One-Strike Policy": Facebook to start restricting live streaming to prevent future abuse

Facebook announced that its imposing restrictions on live streaming after the NewZealand Christchurch bombings a few months ago. It would be applying what it called a 'one-strike' policy to FB Live that would ban users who violate the platform's community standards once form using the live-streaming service for set periods of time. It wants to minimize the risk of abuse on live while enabling people to use live positively.
