Qualcomm alleges Apple gave their confidential information to Intel

After filing a lawsuit against Apple for not allowing them to audit handling of proprietary software, Qualcomm is not wishing to amend the lawsuit and add new charges alleging that Apple stole 'trade secrets' from Qualcomm and gave them to their competitor Intel to create better performing chips for iPhones. The new allegations are supported by proof of email correspondence and source code development history.
