Reliance Jio has joined hands with a Thales company, Guavus, to deploy an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based solution for real-time customer experience analytics. The deployment will help Jio in getting predictable analytics to improve the customer experience while addressing service operations with intelligent automation. Jio plans to create a completely digital experience for its users and also offers IoT devices.
