Swiggy goes green: Delivers over 1.5 M orders a month on cycles

Food delivery company Swiggy announced that it completed over 1.5 million orders a month on cycles by a fleet of close to 10,000 partners as it pushes to adopt eco-friendly modes of transport. It announced the use of electric vehicles in 10 cities across the country which is currently in the testing phase. The company claims to be doing a million orders each month with a fleet of 1.7 lakh delivery partners across 120 cities.
