The US has raised tariffs on $200 billion worth of Chinese goods to 25 percent from 10 percent earlier. There are concerns about how this is going to affect economic growth globally and how it is going to have an impact on the emerging market in flows. India will not face any direct negative or positive impacts from these revised tariffs yet. However, the trade-war between US and China can cause a global economic slowdown.
