Benefits of vaccine outweigh risks: Canada health department backs AstraZeneca

While several countries have halted the vaccination drives after the reports of side effects of AstraZeneca's vaccine candidate, the Canadian health department has backed the vaccine while adding that "the benefits of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine in protecting Canadians from COVID-19 continue to outweigh the risks." The country's health regulator said, there has been just one report of a stroke after vaccination.
