While China is yet to cooperate with the World Health Organisation in tracing the origin of the coronavirus pandemic, a report has suggested that the pandemic might have begun in the country in May 2019. The report was prepared based on research conducted by an Australian cybersecurity firm. The researcher highlighted that Wuhan, the epicentre of the outbreak, purchased a significant amount of testing equipment.
