Delhi metro to run at 50% capacity, markets to reopen, announces CM Kejriwal

Delhi Chief Minister today announced that the lockdown in the national capital will remain for now. He, however, announced some relaxation for opening up the capital in a phased manner. Kejriwal said local markets will be allowed to open in Delhi on an odd and even basis. Malls have also been allowed to function with some guidelines. The Delhi Metro will also be allowed to operate with 50% capacity.
