In a clear case of negligence, a man was administered an anti-rabies medicine instead of the COVID-19 vaccine at a medical centre in Maharashtra's Thane. The man named Rajkumar Yadav went to the civic-run medical centre in the Kalwa area to get jabbed against Covid-19 but instead got anti-rabies medicine due to some confusion. A woman doctor, who was in charge of the medical centre, and a nurse were suspended after the incident.
