Expert committee in UK in favour of Pfizer, Moderna vaccines for pregnant women

The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation has spoken in favour of pregnant women getting Pfizer, Moderna vaccines. The expert committee said that there is more real-world data to show that the vaccines are safe. "I encourage all pregnant women when they are called to get the jab to come forward and discuss the benefits and risks of the vaccine with a trusted source like their GP," Health Secretary Matt Hancock said.
