All India Institute of Medical Sciences Director Dr. Randeep Guleria has said that India may witness a third wave of Covid-19 in September-October this year. Guleria, however, said the third wave is expected to be less severe than the second. He cited the 4th national Covid sero survey by the Indian Council of Medical Research. As per the survey, two-thirds of the country's population aged above six have antibodies to fight Covid.
