India records 41,965 Covid-19 cases, 460 deaths in last 24 hours

India recorded as many as 41,965 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, a 35.6% surge from a day earlier, pushing the active caseload to 3,78,181. The death toll in the country surged to 4,39,020 with 460 fatalities in the last 24 hours. The recovery rate in the country stands at 97.51% whereas the daily positivity rate stands at 2.61%. Kerala continues to lead the states with 30,203 cases in the last 24 hours.
