India records 47,092 Covid-19 cases, 509 deaths in last 24 hours

India recorded as many as 47,092 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, a 12 percent surge in daily cases from yesterday. The death toll in the country surged to 439,529 with 509 fatalities in the same time period. Out of the 47,092 cases, 32,803 came from Kerala. The recoveries in the country climbed to 32,028,825 with 35,181 recoveries in the last 24 hours. As many as 663,037,334 vaccine doses have been administered so far.
