India reports 8,318 new COVID-19 cases, 465 deaths in last 24 hours

India witnessed a decline in daily COVID-19 cases as 8,318 new infections were reported in the last 24 hours, as per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare data on Saturday. With 465 deaths, the coronavirus death toll climbed to 4,67,933. The total COVID-19 infection caseload stands at more than 3.45 crore. The active cases have reached 1,07,019, the health ministry said.
