India's COVID-19 cases cross 58 lakh mark, Recoveries cross 47 lakh

India on Friday reported a spike of 86,052 coronavirus infections in the past 24 hours taking the total tally to 58.18 lakh out of the total cases, 9.07 lakh are currently active, 47.56 lakh have been discharged. As many as 1,141 deaths were reported in one day taking the death toll to 92,290. India posted 81.74 per cent of recoveries while the fatality rate stood at 1.59 per cent.
