According to a study published by Oxford University, life expectancy across the world was reduced by the highest amount since World War 2 due to the coronavirus pandemic. As many as 29 countries were examined and life expectancy was more than six months lower than what it was in 2019 in 22 of them. As per the study, Men registered a greater fall in life expectancy than women with American men registering the largest decline.
