Mental health of women worst affected due to coronavirus pandemic: Study

According to a study published in Lancet, the mental health of people has been affected significantly due to the coronavirus pandemic. The study further reveals that women were worst affected due to the pandemic. Out of the 374 million cases of anxiety disorders around the world in 2020, nearly 76 million cases were a result of the coronavirus pandemic. 52 million of these 76 million cases were in women.
