Nearly half of India's population does not wear mask properly: Study

According to the findings of a study shared by the Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, nearly 50 percent of India's population does not wear masks properly. The study further reveals that of the 50 percent who wear the masks, only 14 percent of them wear the masks properly. This explains the reason behind the uncontrollable surge in Covid cases in the country. Only 7 of 100 people wear masks correctly.
