Nearly one in seven British citizens suffering from long Covid: UK study

According to a study conducted in the United Kingdom, nearly one in seven citizens in the country who tested positive for Covid-19 continued to have symptoms for at least 12 weeks. According to the Office for National Statistics, 13.7% of more than 20,000 people who had tested positive from April 2020 to March 2021, had symptoms that lasted over 12 weeks. These symptoms include fatigue, muscle pain and difficulty in concentrating.
