The Supreme Court today pulled up the central government authorities while hearing a case in connection with the supply of oxygen. The top court asked the centre to revamp its formula for oxygen allocation. "It's not just about allocating oxygen to states, we also need a plan for logistics. Third wave comes how will you deal with it?" the court said while underlining the need for scientific and consolidated planning.
