Manali is one of Himachal Pradesh's most popular tourist attractions. After easing lockdown restrictions, the state of Himachal Pradesh has seen a large influx of tourists over the last several weeks. During their stay in the state, the majority of visitors are seen flouting COVID rules and regulations openly. In Manali, the police issued 308 challans between June 27 and July 6, with penalties totalling Rs 2.77 lakh.
