American singer R. Kelly has been arrested by the New York Police Department and Federal Homeland Security agents on sex trafficking charges. Kelly now faces 13 counts, including child pornography, enticement of a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity. The popular singer has already been booked with for 20 counts of sexual abuse. He was first charged in February over 10 counts of sexual abuse involving 4 women.
