Bengaluru police book OYO CEO Ritesh Agarwal for cheating, criminal breach

OYO founder and CEO Ritesh Agarwal along with two company representatives have been booked by the Bengaluru police in a case of cheating, fraud and criminal breach. A complaint had been registered from Natrajan V R S, who complained about the cheating and criminal breach of trust. On an agreement which was apparently worked out saw a difference in shares. Natrajan accused the trio of cheating him of more than Rs.1 crore.
