Customer duped as Amazon sends used Sony phone in iPhone box; FIR lodged

A customer in Lucknow was left shell shocked when he received a Sony phone in an iPhone box from Amazon. The Uttar Pradesh police have registered a case of fraud after the customer lodged a complaint. Amazon India has reacted to the matter and has stated that they are investigating the matter on its end and assured speedy resolution. A case under IPL 420 was lodged against the delivery executive.
