North Korean leader Kim Jong-un overlooked the first tests of a new type of tactical weapons after the 2nd US-North Korea summit in Hanoi ended with no agreement in Feb. The exact description of the weapon was not given whether it's a missile or any other type of weapon, but tactical implies a short range weapon. It seems the test was a message to the US to show its displeasure over the stalled nuclear talks.
