Steve Wozniak, the co-founder of Apple, was defeated in his legal battle with YouTube over videos that exploited his image to promote bitcoin scams. In a court judgement, he was told that YouTube isn't responsible for his images being used to advertise bogus bitcoin giveaways as a federal law protects Youtube from all blame. Wozniak has been granted 30 days to modify his case against YouTube, which is owned by Google.
