To fight fake cyrptocurrency scams, India to train police officers

To fight the rising online scams that have been increasing since the past year, the government of India is ready to train police officers, and for this, there will be a two-day course on 'investigation of cases involving cryptocurrencies.' IPS officers of the rank of ASP and Inspector General will be eligible for the course. While cryptocurrency is illegal as per directive by the RBI, scams have been on the rise.
