Shah Faesal is the first Kashmiri to top the IAS examination and is all set to enter the world of politics with National Conference. The IAS officer has resigned to contest elections from Baramulla. He took the retirement on Monday. NC leader, Omar Abdullah, replied to the rumours of him joining NC with a post on Twitter, "The bureaucracy’s loss is politics’ gain. Welcome to the fold @shahfaesal," on Wednesday.
