EC directs Twitter to remove all posts related to LS elections 2019 exit polls

The Election Commission of India has directed Twitter India to remove all the posts in connection to 2019 general elections exit polls. The polling body received complaints against the 3 media houses that they are displaying the poll surveys, foretelling results of Lok Sabha polls. The media houses have been given 48 hours to submit explanations as to why any action shouldn't be taken against them for the violation.
