PM promises traders to provide Rs 50 lakh loan without any guarantee with credit card facility & a pension scheme for small shopkeepers. He also said that the BJP-led-NDA govt has stood by traders through thick & thin while opposition abused them calling thieves. He told his govt has worked to simplify lives & businesses of traders by scraping 1500 antiquated laws; considers traders as the biggest stakeholders of the economy.
