An inquest heard at Westminster Coroner's Court was informed that Dolores O'Riordan, front woman of 'The Cranberries', who was found submerged in the bathroom at a London hotel on January 15, drowned due to alcohol intoxication. The singer's blood samples contained 'therapeutic' amounts of medication and 330mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, which confirmed that drinking excessive alcohol led to her drowning.
