After biopic, EC bans web series on PM Modi, orders Eros Now to remove content

After imposing a ban on PM Modi's biopic, "PM Narendra Modi", the Election Commission has now ordered the Eros Now to stop the streaming of web series, "Modi: Journey of a Common Man" during the Lok Sabha elections 2019. The EC has asked to remove all the connected content from the 5 episodes already uploaded on the platform till further orders. Recently, the EC also sought details on Mamata Banerjee's biopic.
