Ajay Devgn to play Indian football coach Syed Abdul Rahim onscreen

Ajay Devgn is all set to portray the role of legendary football coach Syed Abdul Rahim, in his biopic. The biopic will be produced by Zee Studios, Boney Kapoor, Akash Chawla and Joy Sengupta and directed by Amit Sharma. Taran Adarsh confirmed the news on social media. Rahim, a football coach and manager of the Indian National Football team from 1950-1963, led the team to win a gold medal in the 1962 Asian Games.
