Ayushmann Khurrana apologises for saying same-sex marriages are legal in India

Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who is playing a gay character on the big screen in his upcoming film Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan was recently corrected by some fans after he said at an interview that same-sex marriages are legal in India. The actor was quick to realise his mistake and he apologised to everyone. While the Supreme Court decriminalised homosexuality in 2018, same-sex marriages were not legalised.
