Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli is up with new controversy, stooping to a new low by dragging Deepika Padukone & her battle with depression while addressing the row over Ranaut's film 'Mental Hai kya'. Deepika's TLLL foundation asked the filmmakers to be more sensitive, responsible & expressed their concerns over the film's title. Rangoli retorted by boasting her sister's achievements & asking them not to be Karni Sena.
