Disney acquired 21st Century Fox, X-men and most of Hulu

Disney has finally acquired 21st Century Fox that includes full control over its entire movie studio division. Also they have acquired 30% stake at Fox television and Hulu. Disney is planning to incorporate Fox contents like Deadpool and X-men into its own while providing a broader global viewership to Hulu. It is a competition to Netflix in US and if Hulu expands in EU, it will be a fight of the streaming services.
