Halima Aden, a Somali-American, becomes the first model to appear in Sports Illustrated magazine wearing a hijab & a burkini. She appeared in swimsuit edition wearing different burkinis. The young model says we can now see successful hijabi women in various roles from politicians, businesswomen to TV reporters. She feels honoured that Sports Illustrated has showcased modestly dressed women's beauty.
