Idris Elba's ‘Luther’ to get an Indian adaptation

BBC Studios thriller ‘Luther’, starring Idris Elba, will be remade in India. The Indian version of the crime thriller will be produced by Aditya Birla Group's Applause Entertainment. This is the second Asian version of Luther following the popular South Korean remake ‘Less Than Evil’. Earlier BBC Studios and Applause Entertainment have joined hands for successful BBC formats ‘The Office’ and ‘Criminal Justice’.
