Disney has reinstated James Gunn as director of ‘Guardians of the Galaxy 3’. Disney fired the director from the franchise’s third installment over years-old tweets that are often offensive or disturbing. A number of Gunn’s tweets mention pedophilia or rape. After his firing, Gunn moved on to Warner Bros. and DC to write and direct The Suicide Squad. Gunn tweeted out his thanks for the second chance on Friday.
