Lyca production house and Kamal Hassan seem to be playing a blame game over the recent mishap which took place at the 'Indian 2' set that killed 3 people and injured 12 people. Earlier Hassan had asked the authorities of Lyca to take care of crew members' safety and security. In response, Lyca said it hardly needs reminding that the entire shoot was also under the control and supervision of Hassan.
