MAMI Mumbai Film Festival has happily welcomed actress Deepika Padukone as its new chairperson. This has come after Kiran Rao decided to resign from the post due to her film projects. Maximum of the board members voted for the actress. Deepika after getting the post said that it is an honor and also a big responsibility. On the other hand, Kiran said that she was privileged to do this job at MAMI.
