Motwane, Kashyap say tried to name and shame Bahl, feel sorry for inaction

After the HuffPost India expose of Phantom Film's Vikas Bahl, partners Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane have released statements on Twitter. Motwane wrote that he was told about the incident by Kashyap in 2017 and they kept quiet to protect the identity of the woman. Since they couldn't legally fire Bahl, he was suspended. Both feel sorry for not taking action and promised to stop recurrence of such incidents.
